Follow the steps below to run the Procedure Tracer and figure out which procedure step is causing errors to occur.
Navigate to Settings > Applications > App Designer > Procedures, then select the Tracer
NOTE: You do not have to select a procedure or event handler to run the tracer. The tracer will capture a log for every event handler or procedure that occurs.

Add the Users that cause the procedure or event to occur on eCASE

NOTE: You do not have to keep this tab open for the Procedure Tracer to capture the data.
In a separate window, log in to the eCASE Application and fulfill the requirements for the procedure to execute
Go back to the Procedure Tracer and refresh the page. The Log updates with the occurrence
NOTE: If multiple events were triggered, there will be a separate log for each event handler/procedure that occurred.

Select the Log to view the Log Details
