Why am I unable to view the redaction codes in the Annual Report?
You are not able to view the Redaction Codes in the Annual Report because they have not been selected to be displayed in the Annual Report.
To display the redaction codes in the Annual Report,
From the Admin menu select Redaction Codes.
From the list of redaction codes, select a redaction code that is not being displayed.
Click the Edit button on the menu bar or double-click the redaction code.
In the Edit Redaction Code screen, check the box Show in Annual Report and click Save.
Now check the Annual Report to see if you are able to view the redaction codes.

Although the number of initial requests is 200, why does the Annual Report display only 70 initial requests?
Do those missing 130 initial requests belong to a specific request type? Yes.
Then you might have selected "No" for "Annual Compliance?" for that specific request type.
To display these cases again in the Annual Report:

Select the Code type for those 130 requests.
Click the Edit button on the menu bar. The Edit request type screen opens.
Check the check box, Annual Compliance? Click Save to save the changes you just made.
Generate the Annual Report again to confirm those missing requests are being displayed now.
