Upgrade Licenses

Application Licenses can be upgraded using a License File. The License File contains Maximum Licenses, Concurrent Licenses, and Serial Key information. The Upgrade Licenses configuration window provides a way to update the license key file.

NOTE: Casepoint Support will provide an ADF file when new licenses or modifications to existing licenses are required.

Steps to Upgrade a License

  1. Click Administration > Features and Licenses > Upgrade Licenses. The Upgrade Licenses window displays as shown below.

  2. Click Browse. The Choose File to Upload window displays as shown below.

  3. Navigate to the folder containing the license key file.

  4. Select the license key file.

  5. Click Open. The name of the license key file displays in the File field as shown below:

  6. Click Save. A verification message displays as shown below:

  7. Click OK.
