The App Forms configuration enables you to make custom forms for your application. These forms can be linked to the application’s left navigation.
To access App Forms configuration, navigate to the App Designer (Settings > Applications > App Designer) and then click App Forms. The App Forms screen appears as shown below:
NOTE:· These forms do not provide any data bindings to read or save data but require developing procedures to query data from one or more case types; they display the information and provide drill-down navigation to individual cases.
The options on the App Forms page are described in the following table:

Edit | Edit the selected form; opens the UI Designer. Please refer to the UI Designer section |

Preview | Preview the selected form; a window pop up to preview the form as it would display in the application |
