Each workflow has a specific configuration. To access Workflow ConfigurationĀø navigate the Case Type Configuration page (Settings > Applications > App Designer > Application Components > Case). On the left panel, under the header Workflows, select a specific workflow to access the Workflow Configuration setting, shown below:

The Workflow Configuration includes three categories:
Category | Description |

View | The View option opens a new window where the entire workflow is displayed |
Configuration | The Configuration settings will customize the features of the workflow, such as the office associated with the workflow, and the assignments for the workflow |
Actions | Actions settings list the actions that can be directly performed on the workflow: Ā· Edit in Workflow Designer: Opens Workflow Designer to edit the workflow. Please refer to the Workflow Designer section Ā· Export: Exports the workflow in a .json file Ā· Activate: On an inactive workflow, Activate will activate the workflow, making it usable within the case type. o On an active workflow, Deactivate will deactivate the workflow, making it unusable within the case type. o This is reflected in the title of the Workflow Configuration: when active, the title will include (Active) at the end of the workflow name, and when inactive, the title will include (Inactive). Ā· Delete: Deletes the workflow |
