About Case Type Features

Case Type Features allows you to configure granular details of the case type operations, including case features, fields, team roles and case actions. Additionally, case-based events are configured under Case Type Features.

To access Case Type Features, navigate to the App Designer (Settings > Applications > App Designer). On the left Application Components panel, under the header Case Types, select the case type you’d like to work with. The Case Type Features screen for the case type opens as shown in the following example.

There are four categories: General, Case Fields, Attachment, and Export. Each of these is covered in the following subsections.
