Each Contact Type has its own specific configuration. To access Contact Type Configuration, first navigate to the Case Type Configuration page (Settings > Applications > App Designer > Application Components > Case). On the left panel, under the header Contact Types, select a specific contact types to access the Contact Type Configuration settings:
