The Workflow Features configuration allows users to customize how the workflow functions with the case folder. A workflow is a series of linked tasks that govern the business processes that occur within a case folder.
There are three sections for the Workflow features configuration: General, Task Assignment, and Attachment Workflow. Each is discussed in the following subsections, along with a section detailing the available workflow types.
