Add Documents from the Correspondence Log

You have the option to add documents to the Review Log or Request Folder from the Correspondence Log. Follow the steps below to add documents from the Correspondence Log:

  1. Open a Request to add documents to the Review Log

  2. Click Add/Search/View Documents. The Add/Search/View Documents screen displays as shown below

  1. Click the Add Documents drop down under either Review Log Documents or Request Folder Documents, then select Correspondence Log

  1. The Add Documents From Correspondence Log screen appears. First, select a (A) File Cabinet Drawer where the documents will be added.  You can also use the other options on the screen to determine how the documents will be added to the selected drawer

  1. From the (B) Correspondence Log list, select one or more files to add. When you've selected the files, click (C) Add

  2. A confirmation message appears. Click Yes to continue

  3. A Job Progress window appears while the documents are added. After the job completes, the Add/Search/View Documents screen refreshes, and the newly added files are now listed in the location where they were added
