Follow the steps below to add document folders to the Review Log or a Request Folder from your local computer or a network drive
Open a Request to add documents to the Review Log/Request Folder.
Click Add/Search/View Documents. The Add/Search/View Documents screen displays as shown below.
Click the Add Documents button under either Review Log Documents or Request Folder Documents. The Add Documents screen displays. The sample below shows the Add Documents screen, but your options may differ depending on where you are adding documents from.
NOTE: If the Barcodes option is enabled this will be available under the Drag and Drop Zone
First select a File Cabinet Drawer where the documents will be added.
Use the other options on this page to determine how the documents will be added to DM.
Use the Drag and Drop Zone or Attach Files button to add the local or network documents. These appear in the Files List after adding.
Click Add. If the request status will be changes as a result of this action, the program will prompt if this change is OK before proceeding. After confirming, a verification message displays.
Click Yes to continue. The Job Progress window displays. When complete, the Job Progress window closes and the documents appear under the list where these were added.
