The Add/Search/View Documents screen provides a centralized location in each request to manage documents related to this request. This includes access to Review Log Documents and Request Folder Documents, with the ability to add and review documents in both locations.

A | Review Log Documents | Documents currently set for review for this request. There are buttons to Add Documents and Refresh the list. You can also click the Add Documents drop-down to options to add documents from This Computer, Document Management, the Correspondence Log, or the Mobile Message Archive (if configured):
Select documents from this log and click Open Documents to open these documents in DM. You can also click Open All Documents to open all the documents in the log. For requests with large volumes of documents in the review log, additional Filter options appear to help locate specific review log items. |
B | Request Folder Documents | Documents that are responsive to this request are added to the Request Folder Documents list. Similar to Review Log Documents (and depending of configuration), there are options to Add Documents and Refresh the list. You can also click the Add Documents drop-down to options to add documents from This Computer, Document Management, the Correspondence Log, or the Mobile Message Archive (if configured). Select documents from this log and click Open Documents to open these documents in DM. You can also click Open All Documents to open all the documents in the log. |
C | Request Document Metrics | For both the Review Log Documents and Request Folder Documents, click the Request Document Metrics icon to view information about documents in this log, including delivery information and a count of undelivered documents. See the example Request Document Metrics screen below:
