The App Designer landing page includes a left panel for configuring Application Components:
From this panel, you can create:
Create and manage Case Types
Create and manage App Events
Create and manage Global Events
Each of these is described in detail in the following subsections.
The Application Components panel is static when viewing Application Features, as well as the within the Event Configuration settings for App Events and Global Events.
This panel will change if you select a Case Type. Refer to the Case Type Features and Case Type Components sections for more information.
