Import a Case Type

To import an existing case type:

1. Navigate to the App Designer (Settings > Applications > app Designer)

2. In the Application Components panel, click the Expand icon beside Case Types, then click Import

3. The Import Case Type screen appears

4. Use the Choose File button to select a case type .XML file

5. Click Import

6. The new case type is added under the Application Components panel
