To create a new Case Events and Event Types:
1. Navigate to Settings>Applications>(Select an application)>(Right click Event Handlers)>New. The New Event Type window appears.
2. Select the Event Type from the drop-down list.
3. Select the Triggering Moment from the drop-down list and click OK.
4. The page refreshes to display the Procedure Designer, and the configured event name appears in the header bar. Within this workspace you can use the blocks and parameters to construct the event type.
