Adding a user or group to Case Type Type Permissions
Navigate to Settings > Application Management > Case Type Permissions > Grant Permissions, here you will be able to select from the list of all the users in eCASE.

To configure Case Type Permissions, you must first select an Application and a Case Type. Permissions granted to a user for one case type only apply to that case type, and do not carry over to other case types.

You will be able to select multiple users by checking the box to the left of their name. You will be able to select a User Group by selecting the Group from the Add User/Group drop down list. You will also be able to select users based on what Office or User Group they are in by selecting the Office or User Group from their respective drop down list. Once you have selected the user/users that you wish to add click Select.
