In the Application Components panel, there are several options available for working with Case Types:
Click the Case Type name takes you to the Case Type Configuration. Please refer to the Case Type Configuration section for more details..
Click the trash can icon to delete the adjacent case type
Click on the Menu icon beside the Case Types drop-down to view additional options as shown below
Click New to create a new case type, or Import to import a case type from another application. Each of these options is described in the following subsections
