If you would like to prompt the user before an action is taken, you can use Confirmation Prompt. If you need any acknowledgement after the action was performed, use Information Prompt. The confirmation prompt executes before the entire rule set is executed, and the information prompt executes after the rule set is executed.

Example: As shown above, for the 2 rules SetValues and CheckPTOStatus, there is a confirmation prompt. Before executing rules in eCASE, the form asks for user confirmation with the text specified in the Confirmation Prompt field.
