A list of contact types that are associated with the case type are shown under the Contact Types in left panel. Contact Types Configuration options are available from the Case Type Components panel, as shown below:

Click the name of a contact type to open the Contact Type Configuration settings for that contact type (see the Contact Type Configuration section for more information)
Click the Menu Icon next to the Contact Types header to view available actions: New and Link Contact Type. These are described in the following table:

New | Redirects to a page where the user can create a new contact type: · Name: the name of the contact type · Internal Name: the internal name will auto-populate according to what was entered as the Name · Description: a brief description of the contact type · Category: determines the category of the contact: None, Individual, Organization, or Both. · Is Contact Type Global: when enabled, the contact type will be included in the global contact list. This means that the contact type is added to all case types and applications across the system. |
