A list of Event handlers created for the case type are shown under the Event Handlers in left panel. Event Handlers Configuration options are available from the Case Type Components panel, as shown below:
Click the name of a specific event handler to view Event Configuration. Please refer to the Event Configuration section for more information.
Click the Edit icon next to the name of a specific event handler to open the event handler in the Procedure Designer for editing. Please refer to the Procedure Designer section for more information.
Click the Menu Icon next to the Event Handlers header then click New to create a new event handler. See the Procedure Designer section for more details:
