In the Documents Delivery Log, all document deliveries are recorded. You can check to see whether the documents have been delivered to the Requester, as well as view the email address they were delivered to and the date they were delivered. From the Documents Delivery Log, you can view the documents that have been delivered, the page numbers, the invoice and letter, if any, that have been sent with the document(s).
Steps to View the Document Delivery Log
Open the Request for which you want to view a Document Delivery Log.
Click Log/Reports. The Log/Reports screen displays as shown below.
Click Document Delivery Log (as highlighted in the image above). The Document Delivery Log screen displays as shown below. Alternatively, from within the Request, you can click Delivery Documents > Document Delivery Log to access the log.

You can view the following information on the Document Delivery Log screen:
Field | Description |
ID | The identification number of the job associated with the delivery. |
User | The name of the user who is delivering the documents. |
Mode | The mode through which documents were delivered. Click on the mode to view the contents of the documents that were delivered to the Requester. |
Status | The status of the documents as of the current date. |
Delivery Type | The type of Document Delivery. |
The email address of the Requester. This will only display if the delivery mode is set to "Email." | |
Dispatched Date | The date on which the documents were sent electronically. |
Date | The date on which the documents were delivered. |
You can take the following actions on this screen:
Action | Description |
Retry Delivery | To retry the failed document delivery jobs, select a Request and click Retry Delivery. All the information in the selected Request will be re-sent for Document Delivery. |
Delete Delivery | To delete the failed or unnecessary Document Deliveries in a Request Folder, you can delete them using the Delete Delivery option. |
Refresh | Refresh the Document Delivery Log. |
View Error Description | Click View Error Description to view any error that has occurred during document delivery. The following screen displays:

Change Dispatch Date | You can change the dispatch date of the documents delivery by clicking Change Dispatch Date. |
View Downloads | You can download documents that were delivered by Server Download by clicking View Downloads. After clicking, you will be prompted to Open or Save the selected documents.

Close | Close the Document Delivery Log. |
NOTE: You must be assigned to a Request to view the delivered documents associated with it.
