Show Menu
You can configure the default Document Management display options using the Show drop-down menu on the Document Management toolbar. Open a document in Document Management and click the Show drop-down menu. The menu expands as shown below.
Click the items you want to show or hide as necessary. Note that the checkmark indicates items that will be shown.
The items available on the Show menu are explained below.
Field | Description |

Redaction Codes | Displays the Redaction Codes inserted into a document. |
Review Comments | Displays comments added to Redactions. |
Document Review Flags | Displays document review flags such as "Disclosed in Part" next to the corresponding pages in the Document Tree. |
All Redactions Opaque | Displays Redactions where selected text cannot be seen. |
All Redactions Translucent | Displays Redactions where selected text can be seen, but not clearly. |
All Redactions Transparent | Displays Redactions where selected text can be seen clearly. |
All Redactions as Applied | Displays the Fill Mode for Redactions as originally applied. |
Document Tree | Displays a structure that includes the File Cabinet Drawers, Folders, Sections and Pages. The tree expands down from the root object. The root object for Document Management is the File Cabinet labeled "Documents". |
Review Tool Bar | Displays a Review Tool Bar menu that allows you to select which review tools will be displayed on the toolbar. |
Legend | Defines the various icons and color codes used on the Document Management screen. |
My Jobs | Displays a list of jobs submitted while in Document Management. You can view the status of a job, download documents contained in a job, or delete a job. |
My Preferences | Opens a window where you can set both Document Preferences and Review Object Preferences. See the section below for details on setting Document Review Module preferences |
Preferences
From the Show Menu, click My Preferences to open the Preferences menu. There are tabs available in this window:

Click (1) Document to configure Document preferences, or (2) Review Object for Review Object preferences.
Document Preferences
The Document preferences tab appears as shown below:

You can configure the following on the Document Preferences fields:
Field | Description |

Pages to View at a Time in Document Tree | The default number of pages you want to view at a time in the document tree. By default, this value is set at 10. This number cannot exceed 100. |
Image Zoom Factor | Default Image Zoom Factor. Options are BestFit, Actual Size, Fit to Width, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%, 200%, 300%, 400%, and 500% |
Redaction Code(s) | Default Redaction Code you want to enable. |
Statute Code | Default corresponding Statute Code (if you selected code b(3) under Redaction Code(s) |
Fill Mode for Redactions | Default Fill Mode for Redactions (Opaque, Translucent, Transparent). |
Font for Redactions | Default Font for Redactions, both redaction codes and comments. Options include Arial, Century Gothic, Courier New, Georgia, Microsoft Sans Serif, Tahoma, Times New Roman, and Verdana |
Font Size for Redactions | Default Font Size for Redactions, both redaction codes and comments (1-100). |
Redaction/Border Color for Redactions | Default Redaction/Border Color, selected from the Select Color box |
Back Color for Redactions | Default Back Color for Redactions, selected from the Select Color box. |
Redaction Code Alignment Preference | Where in each redaction the redaction code appears. Options are Top Left, Top Center, Top Right, Middle Left, Middle Center, Middle Right, Bottom Left, Bottom Center, and Bottom Right. |
Default Format for Delivery/Save | Default delivery/save format. Single Folder will save/deliver document pages in a single folder, while Separate Folders will save/deliver document pages in separate folders. |
Document Delivery Output Format | Default Document Delivery Output Format. Selections include Multi-page File (TIF), PDF Archive, PDF Image, PDF Tagged (508 Compliant), and Separate Files. The selected option will appear by default in the Document Delivery Output Format field when delivering documents to the Requester. |
Display Lookup Fields in Document Search Results | Display a lookup column listing the index field entries in the document search results. |
Show Review Flags | Display Review Flags in Document Management. |
Draw Redaction Using Double Click | Enable the option to draw Review Objects by double clicking |
Move Codes to Margin | Move Redaction Codes to the margin when viewing a document in Document Management. |
Display Redaction Codes by Selected Order | Display the Redaction Codes in the order in which they were selected, rather than alphabetical order, when multiple Redaction Codes are applied |
After you set Document preferences, click Save to save the document preferences.
Note: You can click Refresh to reset the fields to their default values.
Review Object Preferences
The Review Object Preferences tab appears as shown below:

You can configure the following on the Document Preferences fields:

After you've set Review Object preferences, click Save to save the review object preferences.
