Navigation Pane

The Navigation Pane allows you to navigate through the various folders and pages you have open in the Document Review Module. This pane appears on the left-hand side of the screen, as shown in detail below:

In this sample screen, there are both (1) Folders and (2) Pages available.

  1. Folders: Each document selected to open in DRM (as selected from the Attachments tab in a case. See Accessing Document Reviews for more information) are opened as a Folder in the DRM. The folder's name in this tab includes both the original file name (in this example, "Retention_Module_2") and the number of individual pages in the folder in parenthesis (in this example, "14").

Note: Only the first ten pages are listed in the pane. Use the navigation arrows to move through the page list for that folder.

You can take action on folders by right clicking the folder in the navigation page. See Other Actions for more information).

  2. Pages: Each page of the documents opened in the DRM represented individually within the module, so each can be handled discretely if needed. Review layers can be applied to individual pages, or groups of pages. You can also right click a page from the navigation pane to see a list of available actions. See Other Actions for more information

Selecting a specific page in the Navigation Pane will open that page in the Reading Pane.

Reading Pane

The Reading Pane will display the documents currently being reviewed and edited, as selected from the Navigation Pane. When a page is viewed in the Reading Pane, the tools available on the image will become available on the Page Toolbar and Image Operations Toolbar.

These tools will be used on the document being viewed in the reading pane. See Document Reviews for information on actions available in the Reading Pane.
