1 Product Enhancements
1.1 Audit Configuration Import Tool
We’ve updated the Audit Configuration Import Tool, enabling more efficient implementations for our customers. Now, customers can complete a form with their preferred configurations and the import tool automatically applies this configuration to the environment. This simplifies the configuration process and reduces the likelihood of errors related to improper configuration.
1.2 Finding/Observations Field Mapping
We’ve added new fields to the Finding Summary letter template, including Recommendation Date and Recommendation Comments.
1.3 Project Action Menu Update
We removed the Abort option from the Action toolbar within Project and Fiscal Year Plan folders.
1.4 New Configuration Option: Add Case Creator As
You can now configure the default role assigned to the Project/Template/Fiscal Year Plan creator. This ensures that the creator is assigned to the configured role each time a Project, Template, or Fiscal Year Plan is created. Navigate to Administration > Configuration and use the Add Case Creator as field to select a role.
NOTE: No action is required if you’d like to keep your current settings. If no role is selected in this field, it will default to Preparer.
2 Bug Fixes
The following bug fixes were applied in the latest version of eCASE Audit:
