We have addressed the following bugs in this version of eCase Investigations:

Fixed an issue where unlinking a single Observation from a Procedure Step caused all other Observations linked to that same Procedure Step to be removed as well. The deletion logic now targets only the specific Observation-to-Procedure Step link selected by the user, preserving all other existing links regardless of the signoff status of the associated Observations.
