Bug Fixes

We’ve made the following security updates in this version of eCase Investigations:

ID

Description

1652581

Fixed an issue where legitimate words such as “evaluate” and “evaluation” were incorrectly rejected as invalid input due to overly broad input validation. Input validation now correctly identifies standalone restricted expressions without affecting valid words that contain those expressions.

Security Updates

ID

Description

1648097

Strengthened complaint form submission controls to prevent duplicate submissions when an already-submitted form is resubmitted, such as by using the browser Back button. The form now displays the existing tracking number for previously submitted complaints and restricts each CAPTCHA-verified session to a single complaint submission.
