Product Enhancements

Extended Subject Fields Available in Investigation Letter Templates

Letter templates in Investigation include the full set of subject index and contact fields, removing a previous limitation that restricted template authors to five fields: Subject Name (SName), Subject Address (SAddress), Social Security Number (SSN), Date of Birth (SDOB), and ID.

The SubjectInfo has been expanded to include all missing fields from the Agency Employee, Individual, and Organization Index. Template authors can now pull any of these fields directly into letter templates without workarounds, enabling richer, more complete correspondence that reflects the full subject record on file. Existing columns in the SubjectInfo table are retained unchanged.

Strengthened complaint form submission controls to prevent duplicate submissions. If a complaint form that has already been submitted is submitted again, such as after using the browser Back button, the form displays the existing tracking number instead of creating a duplicate complaint. In addition, each CAPTCHA-verified session can submit only one complaint; a further submission requires a new CAPTCHA challenge.
