Product Enhancements

1.1 LDAP Protocol

Added LDAP protocol to eCASE in order to allow a customer to pull data from their active directory to eCASE.

1.2 External Case Number Fields

A new Complaint tab is now available: External Case Numbers. On this tab, users can include external case number information via fields for Category, External Case Number, and additional Details. Entries on this tab can be added/removed/updated as needed.

1.3 New Organization Page Updates

We’ve optimized field arrangement on the New Organization page and added configuration options. All fields are displayed in the UI by default, but Administrators can hide them via the Contacts Field Configuration tab in Configuration.

1.4 Contact Template Updates

We’ve added additional Agency Employee and Individual Contact fields to the Contacts Field Configuration tab, giving Administrators the ability to customize which contact information is captured.

1.5 Reports Issued Report Change

The ā€œReports Issuedā€ premade report for the ā€œReport of Investigation (Form 08B)ā€ document type now excludes cases marked as Sensitive.
