Product Enhancements

1.1 New Complaint Tab Field

We’ve added a date field to the Persons section of the main case tab to indicate when the subject was notified. The field can be relabeled via Configuration.

1.2 Multi-Line Text for External Complaint Tracking Number Field

The External Complaint Tracking Number field has been upgraded from a single-line text field to a multi-line text field.

1.3 New Field: Case Title (New)

A screenshot of a computer  AI-generated content may be incorrect.

We’ve added a field for Case Title (New) to the UI for C/P/I cases. The field can be relabeled and shown/hidden via Configuration.

1.4 Configuration Options for Management Challenges Field

The Management Challenges field can now be shown/hidden and marked as required/not required via Configuration.

1.5 Configuration Options for Add New Attachment Fields

The Title field in the Add New Attachment window can now be shown/hidden and marked as required/not required via Configuration.
