Product Enhancements

Extended Subject Fields Available in Investigation Letter Templates

Letter templates in Investigation include the full set of subject index and contact fields, removing a previous limitation that restricted template authors to five fields: Subject Name (SName), Subject Address (SAddress), Social Security Number (SSN), Date of Birth (SDOB), and ID.

The SubjectInfo has been expanded to include all missing fields from the Agency Employee, Individual, and Organization Index. Template authors can now pull any of these fields directly into letter templates without workarounds, enabling richer, more complete correspondence that reflects the full subject record on file. Existing columns in the SubjectInfo table are retained unchanged.

Restrict Deletion of the Configuration Folder in WFM Applications

The Configuration folder in Workflow Management (WFM) applications is now protected from accidental deletion. Attempting to delete the Configuration folder is blocked at the system level.

This protection is added to WFM applications - ADR, eComplaint, ER/LR, Reasonable Accommodations, and Correspondence.

Description

1648790

Resolved an issue where legacy Microsoft Office documents (.doc, .xls, and .ppt) added as attachments through Citations were renamed and opened as blank files. Citations now support these formats in addition to .pdf, .docx, .xlsx, and .pptx, so the attached documents open with their content intact.

1651275

Resolved an issue where deleted user groups continued to appear in user group search results, such as on the Staff tab of an audit project, and could still be added to a project. Deleted and inactive user groups are now excluded from search results and can no longer be assigned.

1635781

Resolved an issue where reports returned no results, or failed to generate, when the @MyOffice filter was applied. Reports that use this filter, such as the Case Closure, Case Review, Performance Measure Summary, and Preliminary Summary reports, now generate correctly.

1636901

Resolved an issue where a date and time field set to 12:00 AM was saved and displayed with the current time of day instead. The selected time, including midnight, is now saved and displayed as entered.

1638162

Resolved an issue where the eCase error log recorded the same generic message regardless of the underlying error, which made troubleshooting difficult. The error log now records the specific error that occurred.

1638179

Resolved an issue where values inserted into letter templates were not formatted correctly, causing some content to appear in the wrong location in the generated letter. Placeholder values are now inserted in the correct format and position, preserving the layout of the template.

1648146

Resolved an issue in Email Recipients, where selecting a single user for the To field selected multiple users on certain workstation configurations. User selection is now handled consistently across devices, so only the users you select are added.

1650148

Resolved an issue in the Email Recipients window where the selected users changed unexpectedly when the available users list was scrolled with the mouse wheel or dragging the scrollbar.
