Administrators have the ability to delete physical data sources from closed requests. Use the EDR Delete Physical Data Source Files option in Administration to locate a delete source files to delete.
To access EDR Delete Physical Data Source Files, select Administration > Electronic Document Review > EDR Delete Physical Data Source. The EDR Delete Physical Data Source Files screen appears as shown below:
From this screen, use the Request # and EDR Database fields to narrow down the results displayed in the list below these fields.
To delete physical source files, select the Checkbox beside the item(s) to be deleted, then click Delete Data Source Physical Files.
A pop up appears with details on the system job initiated to delete the selected files. The Job ID can identify the status of this job under Home > Work Summary > My Jobs.
Click Close to exit the interface.
