Steps to Configure the Error Message
Click Administration > System Configuration > Error Message. The Error Message Configuration screen displays as shown below.
Enter information in the fields described below as needed.
Field | Description |
Error Message | A custom message that displays to users along with a system error message. After an error message is generated, users have the option to send an email containing the error message, along with a separate email message to a specified email address. |
Email Address | The email address(es) that will receive error messages from the system. You can enter multiple email addresses using (;) to separate each address. |
Email Body | The email message that will be sent with the error message to the specified email address(es). |
Click Save. A verification message displays.
Click OK. A confirmation message displays.
Click OK.
