1.1 Payment Sync Reliability & Monitoring

Weāve implemented an internal syncing mechanism for the Request Submission and Payment process to ensure requests are synced only after successful payment completion. Additionally, weāve introduced an email notification system that alerts users whenever a payment transaction fails. This improvement ensures users are promptly informed of any issues, enhancing transparency and providing a smoother overall experience.
1.2 Implement Auto Unlock all User after specified time - PAL Config

Weāve introduced an automated flow in PAL Config that automatically unlocks users who have been locked out due to multiple failed login attempts after 15 minutes. This enhancement improves user accessibility and reduces the need for manual backend intervention, streamlining account recovery and minimizing administrative overhead.
