Form Template Configuration Options

Edit in UI Designer

Opens the form in UI designer to edit (see the UI Designer section for details)

Preview

Opens a new window to preview the form

Field Mapping

The Field Mapping configuration will allow users to map fields from the form to the case type data model:

·        Display Name: The display name of the form

·        Role Type: Select the role type to be performing within the form

·        Used As: Select whether the form will be used within the eCASE Application or in the Portal

·        Main Form: Defines the current form as the main form for the case type

·        Attempt to Map to Database Field: Check in order to map the form field to a database field

·        Form Field Name: The form field to be mapped

·        Remap Database Field: Database field to which the form field will be mapped

Export

Export the form in a .zip file

Delete

Delete the form
