FOIAXpress integrates with Global Address Lists (GAL) to connect existing contact lists with the application. Follow the steps below to administer Global Address List settings.
Navigate to Administration > System Administration > Global Address List Settings. The Global Address List Settings page appears as shown below:
Use the fields on this screen to integrate with an exiting GAL. First, provide the LDAP URL in the field provided.
In the following fields, enter the LDAP User Name and Password.
In the Global Address List Limit field, enter a number of contacts to limit for connection with the application. The default value is 9,999.
When settings are configured, click Save to save the GAL Settings.
Note: If the LDAP connection is not successful, a notification appears as shown below. Please check the LDAP information and try again.
