Load Review Layer

Prev Next

Users can load all previous review layers, or the review layers created by a Remote Client on a selected Page in a Folder.

Note: You can use this feature if more than one person is reviewing the documents, so each reviewer can see revisions made be one another.

  3. Click Search.

Locked Review Layers

Users have the ability to lock review layers from further review action. Locked review layers will be visible when attempting to load a review layer, as shown in the screen below:

When attempting to load a locked review layer, you will be prompted with a message indicating that the layer is locked, along with the name of the user who locked the review layer.

While you can view the locked review layer, you will not be able to apply any further redactions or image operations on that layer until it is unlocked, or unless you have unlock permissions for the entire folder. See the Lock and Unlock Review Layer topic for additional information.
