After you have redacted a document, you need to save your review layers in order to retrieve, edit or move them to a Request Folder.
Note: Review layers are saved automatically when switching between pages
Steps to Save a Review Layer
Load a review layer using the steps described in Load Review Layer.
Add or modify redactions to your document as needed.

Click the 
icon on the toolbar as shown below. The Review Layer will be saved:
