You access TimeXpress from the left navigation in the eCase application, as shown in the example below:

After clicking TimeXpress, a new browser window appears, displaying the Main Menu as shown in the following example:

NOTE: This sample interface shows an Administrator’s Main Menu. Depending on your access level, you may not see all the options listed here.

In this example, you have options to:

Action

Description

Edit/View My Timesheet

Edit your current timesheet or view a previously submitted timesheet.

Apply/View Leave

Apply new leave requests and view your leave request history.

Approve/Deny Timesheets

Approvers can view and approve timesheets submitted by users you are assigned to approve.

Project Management

Project Managers can use this option to view and configure projects for time tracking in TX.

Administration

Administrators can use this option to access the Administration functions.

Edit/View Timesheet of

Some users can view and edit other users’ timesheets. For users with the capability, use the dropdown to select a user and view/edit their timesheet.
