TimeXpress allows users to apply for leave through the TX interface. These leave requests are sent to the userās manager for review and approval. Follow the steps below to apply for leave using TimeXpress.
From eCase, click TimeXpress. The TimeXpress Main Menu appears as shown below:

NOTE: This example shows a user with Approver capabilities and may not reflect the options available to you.
Click Apply/View Leave to open the Apply/View Leave interface, as shown below:

First, use the (A) Pay period dropdown to select the pay period for which you want to apply for leave. You can also select a previous pay period to view leave submitted in the past.
Use the (B) Task/Subtask dropdown to select the leave Task (and subtask, if applicable).
Enter the Leave Hours in the appropriate Date fields.
If you need to add additional Leave Task/Subtask lines, click Add to insert lines to capture additional leave tasks.
At any point, you can click Save to save your progress. The data you entered is retrieved when you open the leave form for that pay period.
Provide a Leave Description if required.
Review the leave request to ensure it is accurate.
When youāve certified the accuracy of the request, click the I certify the accuracy of my leave request checkbox.
When youāre ready to submit, click Save & Review:

A pop up appears as shown below to verify that youād like to submit the leave request. Click OK to continue:

The Leave Status updates to Submitted for Approval, and the request is now in the approverās queue for approval.
