Users have the ability to merge multiple review layers into a single layer.
NOTE: Pages must have multiple review layers present in order for the merge option to be available.
Steps to Merge Review Layers
Follow the steps below to merge two existing review layers into a single layer.
Open a document in Document Management with at least two existing review layers. On opening the page, the system will prompt to load an existing review layer. Click Yes. From the next screen, click Merge as shown below:

The Merge Review Layers screen will open. Under Select Review Layers, select the layers to be merged in the order in which they should be merged. This order will be reflected under Selected Review Layers.

Determine the Page Range for the layers to be merged.
Configure the Merge Options: Apply the review layers in the order selected, or allow either the first or last layer redactions to take precedence.
Give a new name for the merged layers in the Merged Review Layer Name field.
When all options are configured, click Merge Review Layers to combine the selected layers into one.
