Modify or Rename Review Template

Users are able to modify or rename an existing review template in the event the template is updated to exclude or include additional redactions or review objects.

NOTE: If the Review Template was created by someone other than you, the Update and Delete buttons will be disabled.

Steps to Modify/Rename Review Template

Follow the steps below to apply a review template to pages in Document Management.

  1. Click Document Management > Search Folders.

  2. Enter search criteria as necessary to locate the Folder you'd like to open and click Search.

  3. From the search results, select the checkbox next to the Folder you'd like to open, and click Open Folders. The Document Management screen displays as shown below.

  4. In the Documents pane, expand the folder containing documents for which you want to redact, and then click the page you want to redact. If the "Do you want to load an existing review layer?" message appears, click Yes, click a review layer, and then click Load.

  1. In the Documents pane, right-click the name of the page, and then click Apply Review Template, as shown below:

  2. After clicking Apply Review Template, the Review Templates dialog box appears as shown below:

  3. In the Review Templates dialog, click a template name under the Template Name column for the template you'd like to modify, then click the Modify/Delete Review Template tab, as shown below:

  4. Modify the fields on this tab as needed. These are described in the Create Review Template section.

  5. When the template has been modified as needed, click Update to save the changes to the template.
