The Move Pages functionality provides the user with the ability to reorder and reposition pages within a Folder or Section. Users are able to move a single Page or multiple Pages at the same time within the Folder or Section.
NOTE: If the page to move is last in the list, only the Move Up option will be available. If the page to move is the first page, only the Move Down option will be available. Move Up and Move Down changes the place of a Page up or down one position. To move a page up or down, you need the "Modify Pages" File Cabinet Role Permission.
Steps to Move a Single Page
Click Document Management > Search Folders.
Enter search criteria as needed to locate the Folder containing the Page you want to move.
Click Search.
From the search results, select the checkbox next to the Folder containing the Page you want to move.
Click Open Folders. The Document Management screen displays as shown below.

Expand the Folder and any Sections to display the Page you want to move, as shown below.

Right-click on the Page you want to move. A menu displays as shown below.

Click either Move Up or Move Down to move the Page one position up or down in the list.
NOTE: The review layer will automatically adjust to the Page's new position in the list.
Steps to Move Selected Pages
Click Document Management > Search Folders. The following screen displays:

Enter search criteria as needed to locate the Folder containing the Pages you want to move.
Click Search.
From the search results, select the checkbox next to the Folder containing the Pages you want to move.
Click Open Folders. The Document Management screen displays as shown below.

Expand the Folder and any Sections to display the Pages you want to move, as shown below.

Select the checkbox next to each Page you want to move.
Right-click the Folder or Section containing the Pages you want to move. A menu displays as shown below.

Click Move Selected Pages as shown below.

The Move Selected Pages window displays as shown below. Select a Location and Page.

Click OK. A confirmation message displays as shown below.

Click OK.
