The Tool Bar allows you to manage the report’s file operations, and the buttons on this toolbar function similarly to the toolbars and ribbons in the MS Suite.

| New: Open a blank report page. |
| Open: Open a previously saved report. |
| Save: Save the report. |
| Save Properties: Change and save the properties of the report. |
| Download: Download the report as a .REPX file. |
| Cut: Remove the selected content and place it on the clipboard. |
| Copy: Copy the selected content to the clipboard. |
| Paste: Add the content in the clipboard to the desired portion of the report page. |
| Undo: Undo the most recent modification. |
| Redo: Reapply the most recent undone modification. |
| Delete: Delete the selected item. |
| Zoom Out: Alter the size of the window by reducing the magnification. |
| Zoom%: Select a specific magnification to apply to the reports page. |
| Zoom In: Alter the size of the window by increasing the magnification. |
| Validate Bindings: Confirm validity of data bindings utilized in the report |
| Full Screen: Set the reports window to occupy the entirety of the screen. |
| Preview: Toggle the view from the Designer to a text representation of the report. Once in Preview mode, this button toggles to Designer. |
