The Request for Documents Log displays information related to all Request for Documents actions.

Steps to View the Request for Documents Log

  • Open a Request for which you want to view a Request for Documents Log.

  • Click Log/Reports. The Log/Reports screen displays as shown below. Alternatively, you can also click Request for Documents from the left-hand menu while inside a request.

  • Click Request for Documents Log (see highlight above). The Request for Documents Log screen displays as shown below.

From this screen, users can view the following details:

Field

Description

Action ID

Identification number assigned to the Request for Documents.

Location(s) Referred

Location(s) to which the request for documents has been referred.

Request Date

Date on which the action was performed. This is usually the current date.

Sent Date

The date on which the documents were sent.

Due Date

The date by which a response to the Request is due.

Completed Date

Date on which the Request disposition was completed.

Status

Displays the Request status for documents based on actions performed.

  • Additionally, users can take the following actions on this screen:

Delete

Delete the selected Request for Documents Log entry

Send Email/Reminder

Send a reminder by email about the requested documents.

Send Reminder by Print

Send a reminder by print about the requested documents.

Action(s) Log

The Action Log tracks all actions taken on a Request. To open it, click Action(s) Log. The Action(s) Log screen displays, where you can view the following:

Action ID: The identification number of the action.

Location(s) Referred: Location(s) to which the request for documents was sent.

Status: The request status.

Action Date: The date on which the action was performed.

Comments: Comments about the request for documents (if any).
