The Extension Log displays information related to any extension requests.
Steps to View an Extension Log
Open a Request for which you want to view an Extension Log.
Click Log/Reports. The Log/Reports screen displays as shown below. Alternatively, you can click Extension from the left-hand menu while inside the Request.

Click Extension Log (see highlight above). The Extension Log screen displays as shown below.

On the Extension Log screen, the following information is displayed:
Field | Description |
ID | The identification number of the extension request. |
Reason | The reason for which the extension is being requested. |
Days | The number of days extended to process the Request. |
New Target Date | The new target of the request after the extension. |
Approval/Denial Date | The date on which the extension has been approved/denied. |
Completed Date | The date on which the extension has been completed. |
Status | The status of the extension. |
Additionally, users can take the following actions on this screen:
Action | Description |
Refresh | Refresh the Extension Log screen. |
View | Review and edit an extension. |
Delete | Delete an extension. |
Send Email to Supervisor | Send an email to your supervisor, notifying them about the extension request. |
Approve/Deny | Approve or deny the extension. |
Complete | Complete an approved extension. |
Close | Close the Extension Log screen |
