In ATIPXpress instances utilizing the System to System functionality, some systems are designated as Request for Documents Records Providers. Use the Request for Documents Records Provider administration screen to configure RFD Records Provider settings.
Follow the steps below to configure Request for Documents Records Provider settings:
Navigate to Administration > System Administration > Request for Documents Records Provider Settings. The Request for Documents Records Provider Settings screen appears as shown below:

This configuration page displays each (A) Program Office, along with locations for each Program Officer's (B) Drop Location and (C)Staging Path:
Provide a Drop Location and Staging Path for each Program Office as needed.
When configured, click Save to save any changes.
A confirmation message appears. Click OK to dismiss, then Close to return to the Administration screen.
