In addition to redaction tools, the Document Review Module also supports a set of review objects to assist in the task of reviewing attachments. These include stamps, highlights, sticky notes, and drawing tools.
In this section, we will discuss each of the available review objects and give a brief overview on using these tools.
Stamps
The Stamp tool
allows you to select from a list of available stamps, such as Approved, Draft, Received or Void. Click the Stamp tool to show a list of available stamps, as shown in the image below:

Select an available Stamp from the list, then simply click and drag in the Reading Pane where you'd like to place the stamp. You can see a sample stamp added to the page in the screen below:

You can also delete stamps that have been added. Use the Select tool to select a stamp, the right click and select Delete to remove stamps from the page.
Highlighter
Use the Highlight tool
to highlight portions of the document you'd like to bring to the reader's attention. Select the tool, then click and drag to highlight portions of the document. A sample highlight is shown in the screen below:

To remove the highlight, change the color, or add a redaction code, use the Select tool and right click the highlight to see an additional context menu. You can also change the default highlight settings in the Configuration options.
Comments
You can add a comment box to the document for additional context, to ask a question, or make other comments. Select the Comment tool
and click and drag in the Reading Pane to draw your comment box. After the box is drawn, you will be immediately prompted to enter comments, as shown in the Comments window below:

Enter comments in the field provided and click Ok to save the comment box. You can see a sample comment box (1) in the screen below:

Sticky Notes
Sticky Notes function largely similar to Comments in the Document Review Module. However, Sticky Notes are brightly-colored by default, and the opacity cannot be changed. However, the process for adding and editing Sticky Notes is the same as the process for Comments.
See the example sticky note in the screen below, along with the options available in the context menu when right clicking a sticky note:

You can click Notes on the context menu to edit the sticky note text, select other options to configure the appearance, or click Delete to remove the note entirely.

then click and drag inside the Reading Pane to draw a straight line. A sample line is shown in the screen below:

You can also right click the line to see a context menu with additional formatting options. There are options to adjust the Line Width (1-10 pixels) and Line Color, or to Delete the line.
