The Scheduled Jobs section provides configuration options for different types of schedules that allows the system to perform certain actions such as sync with portal and send reminder notification based on an interval of time that the user sets.
Navigate to Settings > System Configuration > Scheduled Jobs.

Within that page, these are some of the available columns that are shown to detail and list the Scheduled Jobs:
Job Name - The identifier of each scheduled job created.
Description - A brief explanation of the action performed by the scheduled job.
Last Run Date/Time - the Month/Day/Year and time of when the scheduled job last executed.
Next Run Date/Time - the Month/Day/Year and time of when the scheduled job will execute next.
Active - States whether the scheduled job is Active
Is System Job? ā States whether the scheduled job is system or user defined.
To Edit a Scheduled Jobs
Navigate to Settings > System Configuration > Scheduled Jobs > [Select System Schedule Desired]>Edit. From this window you will be able to configure the following:

Job Name - This option allows you to edit the identifier of the scheduled job selected.
Description - This option allows you to add and edit the explanation of the scheduled job selected.
Start Date/Time - This option allows you to set the Month/Day/Year and time of when the scheduled job selected should first run.
Repeat for every - This option allows you to set the time interval at which the scheduled job should run.
Deactivate on Failure - This option, if enabled, stops the scheduled job selected if it did not execute successfully.
Inactive - This option, if enabled, does not run the scheduled job at all. To run the scheduled job, simply uncheck this option.
Open Scheduled Jobs Log
The system schedule log allows you to view the Status of each scheduled jobās execution.
Navigate to Settings > System Configuration > Scheduled Jobs > [Select Scheduled Job Desired] > Open Job Log.

To view the Details of each Scheduled Job run, navigate Settings > System Configuration > Scheduled Jobs > [Select Scheduled Job Desired] > Open Job Log > [Select a Scheduled Job Run] > View Job Log.
