The Team Roles configuration allows you to map app folder scope roles to the case type, allowing the roles to function as case folder roles.
Select roles from Available Team Roles and use the arrow buttons to move them to the Associated Team Roles to associate the roles with the case type. Click Save when the desired roles are moved under Associated Team Roles. These roles will now be case folder scope roles, and operate at the case folder level.
