The Technical Support Link Configuration screen allows Admin users to customize the Technical Support Link found on the FOIAXpress Home Page. The Technical Support Link can be modified to instruct users to call your agency administrator instead of AINS.
The AINS contact information for technical support is dependent on your agency maintaining active software maintenance and customer support agreements. Support agreements are required for responding to āhow-toā questions and customer premise infrastructure-related issues. Maintenance agreements are required for software version updates, service releases and software-related issues.
Steps to Configure the Technical Support Link
Click Administration > System Configuration > Technical Support to display the Technical Support screen shown below.

Select Use Default Setting or Use Custom Defined Content to edit the information per your agency's requirements.
Click Save. A confirmation message displays.
Click Ok.
