The Request Notifications screen allows Administrators to configure email reminders sent to users and alerts that prompt users in specific situations.
Steps to Configure Request Notifications
Click Administration > System Configuration > Request Notifications. The Request Notifications screen will be displayed as shown below.
Note: After opening the Request Notifications screen, you must select the checkboxes next to Target Date Notification and Expedite Date Notification to display their respective configuration options.

Configure the Notifications fields described below per your agency's requirements.
Field | Description |

Target Date Notification | Sends automatic email notifications to the primary user and additional email recipients, reminding them of the Request target date. |
Reminder 1 | Allows the Admin to configure an initial one-time reminder |
Remind | The number of days prior to the target date. This is used to calculate the date on which the notification will be sent. (!!) Note: The number of days should not be greater than the number of Multi-Track processing days. |
How Often Should the Reminder be Delivered | The frequency (in hours) if the reminder is sent repeatedly. |
Email Template | The standard layout of the email message with options Change Action Office, Document Delivery Attachment Password Template and Request Assignment. |
Cc Email | The electronic address of a person in addition to the primary user to be notified. |
Bcc Email | The electronic address of a person that is concealed to the primary user and any other recipient to be notified. |
Reminder 2 | A follow-up reminder can be configured separately from the initial reminder, with additional options for configuring recurring reminders. All configuring options are the same as Reminder 1, with the addition of the Continue to Send Reminder Every field, where recurring reminders can be set. |
Continue to Send Reminder Every | Send the second reminder on a recurring basis by entering the frequency (in days) for which the reminder will be sent |
Expedite Date Notification | Sends automatic email notifications to the primary user and additional email recipients, reminding them of the request expedite dat |
Remind | The number of days prior to the expedite target date. This is used to calculate the date on which the notification will be sent. (!!) Note: If the Request Expedite Status is "TBD", send the first notification on (Received Date + 10 days – Configured Days). Subsequent notification is based on the hours configured from the first notification. If the Expedite Status is not TBD, no notification is required. |

Create Task Reminder While Sending the Correspondence | When selected, the system will prompt the user to create an alert after sending correspondence. |
Create Task Reminder While Stop the Clock | When selected, the system will prompt the user to create an alert after stopping the clock. |
Click Save. A verification message displays.
Click OK. A confirmation message displays.
Click OK.
